International Ordering:
Q: Do you ship to foreign countries?
A: Yes! But please read our International Ordering Policy for additional information.

Q: Can I use an international credit card even though I live in the US?
A: We DO accept international credit cards, however, they MUST contain a CVV2/CVC code in the signature panel on the back of the credit card. This is a 3-digit number with Visa & Mastercard.

Warranty / RMA:
Q: How can you provide a lifetime warranty? What if you go out of business?
A: ComputerMemoryStore.com has excellent relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers. With these relationships, we can provide you an extended warranty at no extra charge. While you do not pay extra premiums that some retail stores charge, you can be assured that your memory cards are warranted for life and free from defects.

Product Questions:
Q: Do you price match products with other websites?
A: Prices in the industry are always changing, and some prices adjust daily. We cannot match any prices at this time, however please realize that if the price is too good to be true, it probably is. All our products carry a 30-day money back guarantee and a Lifetime Warranty. Not all stores can offer you that!

Q: Do you have a product that is not listed on your website or can you get it?
A: We can special order parts. Please email sales@ComputerMemoryStore.com and let us know the products you would like to get a price on.

Q: If an item is out of stock, can I be first in line when the product arrives?
A: Sure! We will accept your order, but we will never charge your credit card until the item ships. Please place your order, and if we cannot fill it, we will notify you.

Shipping Questions:
Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: Orders that are received by 7pm Central Time are normally shipped the next business day. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you order Express Overnight or 2nd Day Air, we make every effort to get your order out the same day.

Q: Can I make a change to the order after it is placed ?
A: Yes, in most circumstances we can change an order if you send us an e-mail to sales. We process our orders very quickly and once your order is on the shipping dock, we cannot stop it from being shipped or make any changes.

Q: My packaging hasn't arrived and I shipped it USPS, can I get another order sent to me?
A: 10 days must pass since the package shipped. After 10 days we can start looking into the matter. 30 days must pass before the Postal Service allows us to fill out a tracer to find the package. Therefore, we can only do a cross ship after 30 days pass. A cross ship is where we charge you for another order and ship it, then refund the cost of the original order when it is returned to us. Note: Packages refused or not delivered are returned to us by the Postal Service in about 15 days.
