A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by ComputerMemoryStore must accompany all returns, and be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped to you. After 30 days, all returns can only be exchanged. We recommend that you read through our full RMA and Warranty Policy before requesting an RMA, as RMAs will only be issued for products meeting policy criteria.To request a RMA, please fill out and submit the form below.
